Low-Sugar, Low-Sodium Salsa

Ingredients 

  • 4 Large Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 Cup of Chopped Onion

  • 1 Cup of Chopped Red Pepper

  • 1 Jalapeno, Seeds Removed and Chopped (optional)

  • 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro

  • 1 Whole Lime Juice

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut or Olive Oil 

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender

  2. Pulse five to ten times depending on desired consistency

  3. Keep refrigerated and enjoy :)
