1- Use insulated lunch bags – light and easy to carry

2- Frozen organic edamame, strawberries, blueberries to use as ice packs

3- Wholly guacamole in packets

4- Applegate grass fed, hormone, antibiotic free sliced chicken 

5- Organic tuna in packets

6- Organic freeze dried veggies or fruits 

7- Fennel or mini cucumbers

8- Hemp and chia seeds

9- Raw almonds or walnuts nuts

10- Level 1 recipe for fruit roll ups
