During level 1 the most common cause of leg cramps is drinking too much water which may lead to an electrolyte imbalance.  Track your water intake and be sure to drink half of your body weight in ounces of water with the maximum amount being 70 ounces.

If you should encounter  leg cramps drink 4-6 ounces of pure coconut water, not from concentrate, such as Zico twice a day for 1 day. If they still exist extend for 2 days. Keep your coach updated on the results.
