• 1 slice Ezekiel Bread

  • 2 Egg Whites

  • 3 tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 scoop Betr Whey

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and or Clove Powder

  • (optional) 5 drops Liquid Stevia

  • (optional) 1 tsp. Almond or Vanilla Extract


  • Heat skillet to medium high, spray with coconut oil

  • Whisk (or blend, if you’re lazy like me) eggs, milk, protein powder, and spice.

  • Slice bread, and let it soak up the goodness. You cut them in slices to absorb more of the good stuff

  • Saute until golden brown, about 3 minutes each side

  • Jump for joy because this is actually healthy for you
