- 1 head cut cauliflower
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp rosemerry
- 2 tsp pink salt
- 1 small (5.4oz) can of coconut cream
- Chop cauliflower and steam until tender (about 10 mins).
- Blend until smooth.
- Optional: Strain with cheese cloth to make less soupy.
- Add seasoning and re-blend or mix very well.
