Tahini Dressing

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2/3 to 3/4 cup water (add slowly for the consistency you want)
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp pink salt

Hardy Slaw

  • Cabbage
  • Kale
  • Sprouts
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Hemp and flax seeds


For the tahini dressing, mix and add water slowly until you get the consistency you want. It’s great to have it drizzle over a salad. It thickens in the fridge.

Health Coach Tip: This is great for energy loading, level 2 and level 3! Adding creamy and vitamin rich tahini to your salads is a fun way to enjoy your salads! If you make a salad jars, layer your tahini in first, then tomatoes, cabbage, kale, sprouts and seeds.
