Ingredients:
1 pound of Brussel sprouts, trimmed
1 large Sweet Potato
3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
1 tsp. Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic, smashed
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Pink Salt
3 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
3 tbsp. Flax Seeds
Fresh thyme, to garnish
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400
Trim Brussel sprouts in half
Cut sweet potatoes into squares
Lather in coconut oil and spices
Cook for 20 minutes THEN! Pop on broil for 5 minutes to make it extra crispy
