Crispy "Crush Your Workout" Sweet Potato Brussels Sprouts

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Brussel sprouts, trimmed

  • 1 large Sweet Potato

  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil

  • 1 tsp. Cumin

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, smashed

  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt

  • 1 tsp. Pink Salt

  • 3 tbsp. Hemp Seeds

  • 3 tbsp. Flax Seeds

  • Fresh thyme, to garnish

Directions:

  1.  Pre-heat oven to 400

  2. Trim Brussel sprouts in half

  3. Cut sweet potatoes into squares

  4. Lather in coconut oil and spices

  5. Cook for 20  minutes THEN! Pop on broil for 5 minutes to make it extra crispy

  6. Enjoy!
