Ingredients

  • 15.5 ounce can Chickpeas / Garbanzo beans

  • 2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice

  • 1-2 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 3 tbsp. Water

  • To taste (optional): fresh garlic, minced

  • To taste (optional): ground cumin

Directions

  • Combine and blend in a blender or food processor

  • Serve with cut veggies or on a salad
