Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas / Garbanzo
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 3 tbsp. Water
  • Optional: Garlic and Cumin to Taste

Directions

  • Combine and blend in a blender or food processor
  • Serve with cut veggies or on a salad
