Ingredients:

  • Almond – ratio: 1 cup almonds to 2 cups water

  • Cashew – ratio: 1 cup cashews to 3 cups water

  • Hemp Seeds -ratio: 1 cup hemp seeds to 2 cups water

Directions:

Method: Blend nuts or seeds in a high-speed blender until smooth. Strain through a cheesecloth, nut milk bag, or a clean pantyhose. Use it for a preservative-free smoothie base or for your morning coffee!
