• Almond – ratio: 1 cup almonds to 2 cups water

  • Cashew – ratio: 1 cup cashews to 3 cups water

  • Hemp Seeds -ratio: 1 cup hemp seeds to 2 cups water


Method: Blend nuts or seeds in a high spend blender until smooth. Strain through a cheesecloth, nutmilk bag, or a clean panty hose. Use for a preservative free smoothie base or for your morning coffee!
