Ingredients:

  • 16 oz homemade nut milk
  • 3 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or 5 pitted dates
  • 1 tsp maca root powder
  • For a protein boost, 3 tbsp. sacha inchi seeds

Directions: Blend in a high speed blender or shaker bottle.

Health Coach Tip: Maca root is a purvian superfood for boosting stamina and energy levels. Sacha Inchi seeds have a taste similar to peanut butter, as they are called a jungle peanut! They are high in protein and great for a post work out pick me up. They can be found on Amazon or at Whole Foods.
