Back to the Stamina smoothie. I put on my thinking cap to create this smoothie for Betr athletes. I’ve recently begun INTENSE kung fu martial arts training, so I can relate to vigorous workout! I designed this smoothie keeping in mind muscle endurance during a workout, protein for fuel and muscle development and adding in a few superfoods to boost stamina during workouts.

Betr Aminos: Designed for anyone who wants to increase lean muscle mass, improve performance, and speed up recovery time. I absolutely adore this supplement and notice a significant improvement.
Maca: This is the real star of the show. An Incan superfood, Maca root was given to warriors to increase stamina and endurance in battle. Subsequent modern studies back this up! Maca is also an adaptogen, which essential means it helps your body deal with stress better. It’s a very earthy flavor and I have found using a very tiny amount with cacao does the trick for flavor.
Goji: Studies have shown that these Chinese berries are linked with longevity.
Bee Pollen: This little superfood contains almost all the nutrients the body needs to thrive.
