• 1/2 Smashed Banana
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp. Ground Flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/2 c. Almond Milk
  • 5-10 Drops of Vanilla Stevia
  • Icing: 2 tsp. Coconut Oil
  • Icing: 2 tsp. Almond Butter
  • Icing: 1 tbsp. Cacao Powder
  • Optional Toppings: Hemp Seeds Coconut Flakes Chia Seeds


  • In a large bowl, mash banana with a fork
  • Add coconut flour, cacao, baking soda, and flaxseeds
  • Add almond milk, liquid stevia, and egg whites
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Grease a donut pan with coconut oil, or the recipe can be made in 2 oven-safe mugs
  • Mix icing ingredients together in a bowl while it bakes- coconut oil, almond butter, cacao and 5 drops of stevia if you’d like it sweet
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes if you are baking mini donuts
  • If baking in oven-safe mugs, bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how big the mug is. The cake will be clean when you stick it with a fork
