Fajita Roll Ups

Ingredients:

Boneless Steak Strips

Bell Peppers (green and red) cut into strips

Onions chopped and cut into strips

1 avocado

cilantro

1 lime

Directions:

  1. Preheat the skillet, and cook the steak strips for about 5 minutes on each side or until slightly pink. 

  2. In a separate pan, saute the peppers and onions that are cut into strips until they are cooked but still a little firm.

  3. Lay the steak longways and place the cooked veggies perpendicular to the steak. Then, roll up the steak, and use a toothpick to secure it.

If you’re working out, you may top it with Betr Protein Guac.

  1. Put avocado, chopped onions, cilantro, and lime juice in a sealable bag. Squeeze and squish the bag until the ingredients are well mixed. 

  2. Spoon the guac on top of the roll-ups and garnish with cilantro and lime as needed. 

We didn't add any specific ingredient amounts because you can tailor it to however much you eat. Enjoy!
