Vegetarian Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 6 Baby Bell Peppers

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened salsa

Directions:

  1. Slice baby bell peppers horizontally.

  2. Stuff with Salsa.

  3. Top with Lime and salt if you like!

This is a fantastic choice if you find yourself getting hungry before bed. These are fun to pop together right before movie night or during a game. In fact, you may even find yourself wanting these more than corn chips in the future because they are so full of water and make you feel better ;)
