• 4 sliced Cucumbers

  • 1 package of Dill

  • 3 cloves Garlic

  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 tbsp. Pink Salt


  1. Slice cucumbers longways and put them in a sealable jar.

  2. Add 3 cloves of garlic and dill.

  3. Cover half way with water, and half with apple cider vinegar.

  4. Add salt - you can also add a few drops of Stevia for a bread and butter kind of taste.

  5. Chill for a few hours.

  6. Keeps for up to 2 weeks!

 These are amazing to keep on hand for the when the munchies strike!
