- 4 sliced Cucumbers
- 1 package of Dill
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Pink Salt
- Slice cucumbers longways and put them in a sealable jar.
- Add 3 cloves of garlic and dill.
- Cover half way with water, and half with apple cider vinegar.
- Add salt - you can also add a few drops of Stevia for a bread and butter kind of taste.
- Chill for a few hours.
- Keeps for up to 2 weeks!
These are amazing to keep on hand for the when the munchies strike!
