4 sliced Cucumbers
1 package of Dill
3 cloves Garlic
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Pink Salt
Slice cucumbers longways and put them in a sealable jar.
Add 3 cloves of garlic and dill.
Cover half way with water, and half with apple cider vinegar.
Add salt - you can also add a few drops of Stevia for a bread and butter kind of taste.
Chill for a few hours.
Keeps for up to 2 weeks!
These are amazing to keep on hand for the when the munchies strike!
