Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1 jar Unsweetened Salsa

  • Sprinkle with Pink Salt

 

Directions

  1. Bake eggs at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Then, place them in ice water until they are completely cooled. 

  2. Peel, slice and add a scoop of salsa. Easy, simple, packed with protein, and YUMMY!

Baking pulls the toxins out of these little guys. Take these to a game night for your snacking delight! These protein packed boats are the perfect lunch on the go.
