Ingredients:
3/4 cup Green Juice - Central Market has great green juice with kale, celery, lemon, and apple you can use
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
5 drops stevia
Top with Chia Seeds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until it is the right consistency for you.
For a thick smoothie, just barely cover the top of the frozen Blueberries with green juice. Sometimes this isn’t easy without a high-speed blender, but just add more green juice until you get the right consistency.
Health Coach Tip:
This is a fantastic replacement for a meal - if you add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to it. I do this when I’m on the run and don’t have time to make a meal, or I’ve run out of meal prep stuff for the week.
