A great level 2 lunch or dinner option! Quick and easy to make! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 leaves Kale (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped) 
  • 1 12 oz can of wild caught organic tuna
  • 1/8 tsp coriander
  • 1./8 tsp salt

Directions: 

Step 1

Spiralize the zucchini 

Step 2
Cut the avocado into slices and squeeze the lemon juice on top. Add the in the tomato, tuna, kale, coriander and salt. 

Step 3

Add in the sauce with the zucchini noodles and enjoy :)
