1/2 cup fresh organic orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
4 (4-5 oz) flounder fillets


Preheat oven to 375°F 

In an 11 x 7 inch baking dish, combine orange juice, lemon and lime juices, cilantro, oil, and garlic.

Place fillets in dish. Turn over for mixed ingredients to settle in on both sides. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Once oven is heated, bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden (depending on how you like your fish texture). 

Transfer fillets to a serving plate. Complete the remainder of your meal with a nice helping of veggies! 

Flavor tips: 

Pour 3/4 cup of juice leftover from baking dish into a small saucepan. Heat until simmering. Spoon over fillets. 

Take a couple of lemon and lime wedges to squeeze over fillets.
