  • 1 cup Uncooked Quinoa
  •  Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Oil * see notes for variations depending on your goals
  • 2 tbsp. Flax Meal
  • 5-10 Drops of Vanilla Stevia / Toffee Stevia
  •  Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 3 1/2 cups of Coconut Milk or Water
  • 2 Chopped Apples
  • 2 medium tomatoes 
  • 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (level 2 can sub mozzarella cheese)
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh basil (coarsely chopped)
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup b12 flakes
  • Noodles: 1 Cucumb Betr Noodles, spiraled
  • 3 veggies of choice (for veggie omelette)  
  •  Quinoa mason jar salad
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 lemon
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 dragon fruit
  • Honey or stevia 


Cottage Cheese with fruit *2

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of organic milk
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1/4 cup of fresh salsa
  • 2 limes
  • cilantro
  • Pinch of pink salt

1 red pepper sliced

1/2 sweet onion diced

1/2 cup cabbage

Pad Thai sauce: 1 tbsp fish sauce

Pad Thai sauce: 1 tbsp honey

Pad Thai sauce: 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Pad Thai sauce: 1/2 lime, juiced
