2 avocados- peeled, pitted and cubed
2 tomatoes, diced
1 pound of cooked shrimp
8 cups of greens such as kale, spinach, arugula or lettuce
3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
Stir together avocados, tomatoes, greens, and shrimp in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in lime juice. Serve cold.
