Group Chat in App:
The button with 3 people located on the bottom bar of the app.
- This platform serves as a digital community bringing together every member of the Betr Health family!
- The goal of the discussion board is to create a positive, supportive place used to share SUCCESS STORIES, TIPS, SUPPORT, RECIPES, and YUMMY PICTURES.
- For technology based questions, app issues, or program specific advice, use the insta-chat feature!
Personal Coach Chat:
The middle button with 2 chat bubbles located in the middle of the bottom bar of the app.
- This is the place for you to directly communicate with your personal coach to get feedback based on your food pics and app logs.
- Expect your coach to check in with you once a day, Monday - Friday.
- Your food pictures and weights will show up here so your coach can easily give you feedback each day.
- The star messages are automated reminders.
- To use just click the chat bubbles and your personal chat will pull up, and message your coach directly.
Insta-Chat on Demand Coaching:
Look for the floating blue/green chat bubble with the smile on the bottom right corner on the app and website.
- The communication channel is our insta chat feature and can be used to contact the first available coach.
- Good place to ask a question if you need a quicker response!
- This feature is available 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday, and periodically on the weekends.
- Insta chat is used for technology questions, app issues, food advice, supplement questions, to place or cancel orders, or refer a friend!
