Using Communication Channels with Betr Health
Here you can find a description of all the communication channels that are available to you. This guide will show you how to use them to enjoy your program experience more!
Community Chat in the App:
The button with 3 people is located on the bottom bar of the app. This platform serves as a digital community bringing together every member of the Betr Health family!
The goal of this discussion board is to create a positive, supportive place used to share success stories, tips, support, recipes, and some of your favorite food pictures.
For technology-based questions, app issues, or program-specific advice, use the Ask Us feature!
Personal Coach Chat:
Located under the "Insights" button in the app.
This is the place for you to directly communicate with your personal coach to get feedback based on your food pics and app logs.
Expect your coach to check in with you once a day, Monday - Friday.
Your food pictures and weights will show up here so your coach can easily give you feedback each day.
The star messages are automated reminders.
To use just click the chat bubbles and your personal chat will pull up, and message your coach directly.
"Ask Us" on Demand Coaching:
Look for the floating blue chat bubble with the smile on the bottom right corner of the app and website.
The communication channel is our Ask Us feature and can be used to contact the first available coach and support staff.
A good place to ask a question if you need a faster response!
This feature is available from 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday through Friday, and periodically on the weekends.
Insta chat is used for technical questions, app issues, food advice, supplement questions, info/assistance regarding store orders, or referring a friend!
