Group Chat in App:
The button with 3 people located on the bottom bar of the app.
This platform serves as a digital community bringing together every member of the Betr Health family!
The goal of the discussion board is to create a positive, supportive place used to share SUCCESS STORIES, TIPS, SUPPORT, RECIPES, and YUMMY PICTURES.
For technology based questions, app issues, or program specific advice, use the insta-chat feature!
Personal Coach Chat:
The middle button with 2 chat bubbles located in the middle of the bottom bar of the app.
This is the place for you to directly communicate with your personal coach to get feedback based on your food pics and app logs.
Expect your coach to check in with you once a day, Monday - Friday.
Your food pictures and weights will show up here so your coach can easily give you feedback each day.
The star messages are automated reminders.
To use just click the chat bubbles and your personal chat will pull up, and message your coach directly.
Insta-Chat on Demand Coaching:
Look for the floating blue/green chat bubble with the smile on the bottom right corner on the app and website.
The communication channel is our insta chat feature and can be used to contact the first available coach.
Good place to ask a question if you need a quicker response!
This feature is available 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday, and periodically on the weekends.
Insta chat is used for technology questions, app issues, food advice, supplement questions, to place or cancel orders, or refer a friend!
