Ingredients
4 Large Chopped Tomatoes
1 Cup of Chopped Onion
1 Cup of Chopped Red Pepper
1 Jalapeno, Seeds Removed and Chopped (optional)
2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
1 Whole Lime Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Coconut or Olive Oil
Steps
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Pulse five to ten times depending on desired consistency
