Looking for a betr approach to this spicy condiment?  Try this as a healthy alternative:

  • 1/2 cup grated fresh horseradish (peel horseradish first and remove hard pieces)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons organic dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Bragg's apple cider vinegar

  • 1 avocado pitted and mashed

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator.
