Cauliflower Gnocchi Bolognese


Serves 4
2 bags cauliflower gnocchi- Trader Joe's brand
2 red bell pepper
1 lb. organic ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
2 cups kale- shredded
1 unsweetened jarred marinara
 1 tsp olive oil
Handful parsley
Pink salt and pepper

Sauté veggies and set aside. Cook turkey and also set aside. Heat gnocchi in a sauté pan with avocado oil/ olive oil and 1/4 cup of water for 6/8 mins. They will become soft. Add sauce and return veggies and turkey to pan until incorporated. Season with salt and pepper and parsley.
