Ingredients:

2 cups cooked quinoa (warm)
1 red pepper chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup raw broccoli chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup raw cashews
2 handfuls of cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
Pink salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix well, season, and serve!
