A: Showcase the steps Betr members are taking to show how these small changes will lead to dramatic results significantly reducing the chances of developing type 2 diabetes or lowering A1Cs.

Q: Is there an incentive?
A: For each week you submit a video, you will get a $25 credit to the Betr Health store. For every person who participates in the video journal series, we will donate $50 to Inter Faith Food Shuttle.
Q: Why this charity?
Inter-Faith Food Shuttle is a fantastic
non-profit that focuses on hunger relief and healthy food initiatives throughout North Carolina. We wanted to choose a charity that will help educate the next generation on the importance of eating to prevent the onset of chronic diseases.
Q: Can I only put in one video submission per week?
A: Yes just 1 short video each week, our goal is to capture the steps you're taking each week and speak to how you're feeling as you progress through your journey.
Q: Do I get credit for the donation for tax purposes?
A: No this donation will not be valid to report on your individual annual taxes.
Q: What if I don't do all of the videos?
A: You will receive $25 per video submission, so if you miss one you'll miss that weekly credit. We'll also donate $50 for each member who submits all 4 videos go to Inter Faith Food Shuttle.
Q: What should I do if I miss a week? Can I make it up?
A: YES, we encourage you to make up a week if you miss one.
Q: What should I include in my submission for week one?
A: Share why you chose to join the Betr Health community, what made you want to make a change? What are you hoping to accomplish? What is your current lifestyle like before starting? Can talk about what you’re buying, a meal you’re looking forward to making this week and show your colorful shopping cart!
Q: What should I include in my submission for week two?
A: Tell us how you’re feeling? What health benefits or changes have you noticed within your body so far? Talk about what you’re cooking, the recipe, and why you decided to make it. You may also discuss who all you’re cooking for and share a clip of the meal.
Q: What should I include in my submission for week three?
A: Tell us your favorite part of Betr Health. What surprising benefits have you noticed? Improvements in sleep? Better mood? Less pain? Any favorite recipes?
Q: What should I include in my submission for week four?
A: TELL US EVERYTHING! How are you feeling? What was one surprising thing you learned? What do you hope to do with your new lifestyle? Talk about what Betr Health and this program have done to help change your mindset, lifestyle, relationships, etc.
Q: How long should my submission be?
A: About 30 seconds each.
Q: What should the format of my submission look like?
A: Videos should be taken in selfie format.

A: You'll receive emails each week with the link to submit each video.
