Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
1 can white beans- drained
1 can sodium free diced tomatoes
1 quart low sodium veggie broth- Pacific Brand
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion- chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 bunch of kale- chopped
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tap paprika
1 dash cloves
1 dash red pepper flake
Directions:
Heat olive oil onions and garlic over medium heat. Add spices. Pour in tomatoes and cook for 5 mins. Introduce broth and beans and kale. Reduce heat then simmer for 10 mins. Season with cracked pepper and pink salt to taste.
