2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 package defrosted @bonafideprovisions chicken broth
2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 red onion diced
2 heads bok choy
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup green beans
1 large handful of kale


Heat coconut oil and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger on medium heat until soft. Add in carrots and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins. Stir in bone broth and bring to a boil- add in beans and bok choy. Return to a simmer and add kale. Before serving add sesame seeds, pink salt and pepper!
