MICROWAVE BEST PRACTICES:

For reheating in the microwave, the best practices are to spoon or fork out your desired portions onto a plate and microwave one minute per serving size. Each tray is considered four serving sizes. Therefore a whole tray would be four minutes in the microwave. Use your own judgement on how you like things cooked depending on your microwave.
