Basil vinaigrette
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 garlic clove minced or pressed
1 handful fresh basil, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3-5 drops of liquid stevia (depending on sweetness preference)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until liquid.
Refrigerate the unused portion.
