Basil vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 3/4 cup cold water

  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt

  • 1 garlic clove minced or pressed

  • 1 handful fresh basil, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3-5 drops liquid stevia (depending on sweetness preference)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until liquid.

  2. Refrigerate the unused portion.
