Using the Scale as a Biofeedback Tool

The Betr Health Certified Coaches use the scale as a biofeedback tool that can provide insight into how your body is responding to the foods you eat.

What is a biofeedback tool?

Biofeedback is an approach that helps you to become aware of bodily functions that are typically beyond conscious awareness. Whether it is heart rate, muscle tension, or in this case body weight, biofeedback tools can provide valuable insight into where your body is at any given moment.

How does the scale work?

The cellular scale is a high-tech and effective biofeedback tool. The scale measures the slight changes in your body composition and can provide insight into how your body is responding to your snacks and meals. The Betr Health Certified Coaches can catch any potential food sensitivities just by looking at the tiny changes in weight.

How to check or add weight logs

In the app, if you go to your "Insights" page you can scroll down to locate your weight chart and 4-day trend table to monitor your activity.

If you need to add a weight manually you can always go to the center "Daily Logs" button and it should be located at the top to enter in your weight, the date, and the time.
