Staying on Track with Meal Planning During Level 1

The path to success during Level 1 relies highly on you to maintain a consistent meal plan. One way to stay on track is to plan your meals ahead of time. This helps to ensure that you do not go off your plan.

Tips For Planning Ahead

Planning out your meals at least a week in advance is a great way to stay on track. This allows you to prepare the necessary ingredients and meals in advance, saving time and avoiding potential slips. A great strategy could be to plan at least two days ahead at the minimum.

Organizing a meal plan for a week in advance is ideal and allows for a better overview of what types of meals are needed for the entire week. Having a good overview allows for better planning ahead.

Be Flexible & Adjusting to Life’s Changes

However, life does sometimes get in the way of our meal plans. It’s important to understand that it is ok to be flexible and adjust the meal plan accordingly. Even if you have not planned a meal in advance, it is still possible to stay on track; simply take a few minutes to plan something for today and tomorrow.

Planning your meals ahead is always a great way to stay on track, especially during Level 1 One. However, as long as you have a plan for today and tomorrow at the least, you can be successful in staying on plan.

Know Your Goals & Aim For Success

In the end, having a meal plan that keeps you well within the guideline of the Betr protocol is going to be the most successful for your long-term health and achievements. Keeping a mental or written note of what your goals are may help you stay on track and motivated.
