8 oz Ground Beef

2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning

1/2 cup Fresh Pico De Gallo

10 Baby Bell Peppers


  • In a non-stick skillet, brown 8 oz ground beef with taco seasoning until beef is no longer pink- takes about 7 minutes 

  • Slice off the top of the peppers and slice in half 

  • Serve with fresh pico! Boom. Youre done!
