Ingredients
1 grapefruit
1 blood orange
1 orange
1/2 fennel, sliced
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 lemon
3 tbsp. hemp seeds
1/4 tsp. pink salt
1/4 tsp. avocado oil
Directions
Slice skin off of the grapefruit, blood orange, and orange and put it in a bowl. Add the fennel and celery.
Drizzle on avocado oil, lemon juice, salt and hemp seeds. Mix, and enjoy!
Health Coach Tips:
For fat-burning purposes if you are following level 1 very closely, this may be too much fruit in one serving. It's a great snack or side dish to a big leafy green salad!
