I love to make this when I’m traveling. I’ll order Whole Foods instacart service, with shrimp and pico. It’s easy to prep in a hotel room and supercharged with flavor. This is one of the best fat-burning recipes so far. 

LEVEL 1

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked Shrimp
  • 1 Pint of Fresh Pico de Gillo
  • 2 Limes

Directions

  1. Simply add the ingredients together, mix, and enjoy!

Now, traditionally ceviche is technically made with raw shrimp or fish- it’s “cooked” in the lime juice. If you’re feeling adventurous this way, you can add the lime to the shrimp and leave it overnight or until it’s opaque- like you can’t see through it.
