Ingredients

Dressing

1/4 Cup of apple cider vinegar 

1/8 Cup Liquid Aminos

1 Tbsp Lime Juice

1/4 tsp Ginger

Salad

1 English Cucumber

1 Cup cooked Edamame

2 Tbsp Green Onion

1 Red Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Cilantro

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix aminos, lime juice, vinegar and ginger, then set aside. 
  2. In large bowl combine spiralized cucumber with other veggies. When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Enjoy!
