4 cup of veggie broth or stock

6 egg whites

Green onions

1 tbsp Liquid Aminos (optional)


  1. Bring broth to a boil. Drop in egg whites and liquid Aminos and stir. The eggs will turn white and opaque when they are ready in 3-5 minutes. 

  2. Top with green onions. Enjoy!
