1/2 onion diced

1/2 cup water

1 lb. organic beef or ground chicken

8 tbsp organic tomato paste

1/3 tsp liquid Stevia

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt 

1 whole Bell pepper

Romaine or Butter Lettuce or Cabbage Leaf for a bun


  1. Dice onion and bell pepper and cook in non-stick fry pan,  water to keep from sticking, cook on low flame. Add ground beef or chicken and cook through. (note: For those using ground beef, after it is cooked, place the beef in a colander and rinse it under HOT water. This will remove any excess fat from the meat.) 

  2. Put meat back into pan, and mix in tomato paste, Stevia, and seasoning. If the mixture is too thick, add water to thin the paste. 

  3. Mix and serve on whole veggie leaves as your bun! Makes 3 servings. Enjoy!
