Ingredients

Ground beef or buffalo

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Burger fixings (onions, ketchup)

Lettuce

Directions

  1. Take the group beef and shape it into a fate, rounded patty (you can fold in or coat the outside of the meat with salt or other spices to flavor the meat). 
  2. Grill burgers on a nonstick pan for approx. 3-5 minutes each side (the cook time will vary depending on how well-done you like your burger). 
  3. Wrap the patty in lettuce or between a tomato. Add some onions or ketchup from our special recipe. Enjoy!
