They're sweet, they're spicy, and they're DELICIOUS!!

Makes 1 serving.


1 lb chicken wings
3 oz can of tomato paste
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp liquid aminos
3 drops liquid Stevia
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: Use cilantro and lime to garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. 

  2.  In a large bowl, mix tomato paste, vinegar, liquid aminos, Liquid Stevia, pepper flakes, and garlic powder. 

  3. Place wings in the bowl and coat well, then place wings flat on a cooking sheet covered in tin foil 

  4. Bake wings for 50-55 minutes until browned and crisp, flip halfway through. If using the grill, cook on medium high heat for 20 minutes, turning the wings ever 5 minutes or until cooked all the way through.

  5. Toss lime and cilantro on wings to garnish.
