We all love salsa; but sometimes, it's not enough to satisfy our Tex-Mex craving. So we came up with this awesome recipe that'll keep you satisfied for hours. Your welcome. 

LEVEL 1

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar salsa (16 oz) Low Sodium, No Added Sugar
  • 1 pound chicken (frozen or thawed)
  • 3 bell peppers 
  • 2 limes

Directions

  1. Dump salsa and raw chicken in a Crock-pot. Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 4-5 hours. Garnish with fresh bell peppers, lime, and cilantro.

 Although simple, the chicken will burst with flavor.  Enjoy!
