2 large yellow onions, thinly sliced

4 cups organic beef or vegetable broth

3-4 cloves minced garlic

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Place onions and garlic in pan and cook uncovered 5- 10 minutes. Cook 10-15 minutes until onions are caramelized. 

  2. Add beef broth or vegetable broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Add black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and pink Himalayan salt. Serve. This recipe makes two servings. Enjoy!

Tip: Double recipe and refrigerate or freeze for later.
