2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

2 cups (packed) stemmed and roughly chopped Swiss chard

2 cups (packed) spinach

Squeeze of lemon juice

Sea salt, to taste

1 tsp. Coconut Oil


  1. Sautée garlic in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until garlic begins to turn golden (about 3 minutes).

  2. Place greens and sea salt into the skillet. Using tongs, turn greens until wilted enough to fit in pan. 

  3. Raise heat to medium and cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, occasionally tossing.

  4. Transfer greens to a colander to drain. Squeeze with lemon just before serving. Makes 1-2 vegetable servings. Enjoy!
