Ingredients

1 medium yellow onion, chopped

2 cups water

5 medium tomatoes, coarsely chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

Dash of pink salt

Fresh ground organic black pepper

1/2 tsp cumin

Chili powder, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook chopped onion until soft in a pot over medium-high heat. Add water and bring to a boil. 
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and minced garlic. Return to a boil. 
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat, and simmer, covered for 10 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste. Makes 4 vegetable servings. Enjoy!
