Water is essential to proper weight loss and the removal of toxins from the body. Often times when we think we are hungry we are actually just thirsty.
You should drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily (90-70 oz. maximum) throughout your day!
Work with your coach to determine the best amount of water to drink. If you're not used to drinking water everyday, then start slow and gradually work your way up to make sure electrolytes aren't depleted!
