If you are on level 2, you will begin eating a protein for breakfast for your morning fruit snack. Some great options would be an egg white scramble with veggies or hardboiled egg whites rolled in your favorite spice like cracked black pepper, or nonfat cottage cheese. You could also add a delicious green smoothie made from greens, fruit, hemp or chia seeds. 

Your coach will provide breakfast ideas for level 2 along with the proper portion sizes. You will have much more variety as you begin to add more foods into your plan each day.
