SPRING SALADS 3 WAYS

Ingredients:

1 Avocado, smashed

1/2 cup Liquid Aminos

3 tbsp. Hemp seeds

1/2 cup Quinoa

1/4 cup Coconut Flakes

1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 cup Spring Greens

1/2 cup Radish Sprouts

Wrap: 1 Brown Rice Paper

Wrap: 1 Collard Green Leaf

Directions:

  • Smash avocado, aminos, hemp, quinoa, and coconut flakes together 

  • Add tomatoes, greens, and sprouts & coat everything evenly 

  • For the rice paper- run under hot water for 1 minute- it’ll soften in a few moments. Watch the video below to see how to roll it up!
