Ingredients

1/2 cup Cashews Soaked for 30 mins

1/2 cup Shelled Hemp Seeds

1/2 cup Plain Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1/4 cup B12 Nutritional Yeast

1 Lemon

2 Garlic Cloves, peeled

1 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1 Zucchini, spiralized

Directions

Sauce Serves 4

  • Blend everything except Zucchini
  • If you have a Vitamix, you can blend on the soup option to make it hot
  • If you don't, simple blend until creamy and heat on  mediummedium-high-10 mintues until warm and delightful 
  • SpirliSpiralizeini with a spiralizer
